Midwater's privacy policy will be published here before general availability, including how conversations are stored, for how long, and who processes them.

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. If you request early access, we use what you send us only to reply to you.

An early-access request passes through these services: Vercel, which hosts this site and runs the form; then, depending on how we've set the form up, Slack (a message to our team's channel) or Resend (an email to our team's inbox), or both. Nothing is stored on this site itself. If we ever add analytics, this page will say so first.
